1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on or using Drivasi as a Driver Partner ("Driver") or a Recruitment Client ("User"), you signify your absolute and unconditional assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must immediately halt usage of the platform interfaces.

2. Account Security & Identity Framework

Drivasi executes operations utilizing a sessionless token routing identity structure to enhance client connectivity bounds:

• Users and Drivers are uniquely tracked through technical cryptographic URL parameters (e.g., driver_id or user_id).
• You are strictly prohibited from manipulating, altering, or spoofing identity strings passed within your browser navigation windows. Any attempt to modify query variables to access third-party data panels will result in an immediate, permanent lifetime account ban.
• Authentication triggers, such as temporary numeric One-Time Passwords (OTPs) generated during password recoveries, are single-use tokens valid explicitly for 15 minutes. It is your sole responsibility to guard your electronic workspace and register correct email properties.

3. Verification & Mandatory Onboarding Policy

To ensure system safety layers across communities, all service operators undergo verification gateways:

• Drivers: Access to platform features remains strictly limited based on verification milestones. Driving Licenses, Aadhaar details, or associated credentials submitted during onboarding are subject to internal administrative authentication. The "Upload Docs" capability automatically freezes upon approval, locking properties against subsequent alteration patterns.
• Accuracy: Providing false, modified, or expired government identity documents will cause automated account suspension and potential reference to law enforcement.

4. Subscription Billing, Fees & Razorpay Gateway

Drivasi handles real currency payments using Razorpay API integration handlers. By checking out on commercial packages, you acknowledge these transaction rules:

• Driver Packages: Drivers can acquire premium status by purchasing either a Monthly Pass (₹499 for 1 Month validity) or an Annual Premium Pass (₹4,999 for 12 Months validity). Active lifecycles prevent double-billing workflows.
• User Packages: Clients can purchase a Short-Term Hiring Pack (₹299 for 15 Days validity) to unlock recruitment postings thresholds and driver contact lists.
• No Refunds: All payments initiated through the Razorpay system controller are final, definitive, and **100% non-refundable**. Since activation triggers immediate access, no prorated chargebacks or cancellation refunds are processed under any circumstance.
• Security Verification: Modifying checkout parameter keys or altering hidden form components submitted to our backend verification nodes (verify.php / user-verify.php) will cause transaction failure, and the selected subscription tier will not be provisioned.

5. Platform Utilization Rules & Prohibitions

You agree to interact with Drivasi boundaries only for legitimate driver-sourcing transactions. You are strictly forbidden from:

• Scraping, copying, harvesting, or indexing driver telephone numbers or private customer metadata arrays for external marketing utilization.
• Posting deceptive contract jobs information rows or acting under a false identity.
• Using automated crawling spiders or scripts to send bulk queries to our find-jobs databases.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability Boundaries

Drivasi acts exclusively as an optimization pipeline interconnecting driver operations with prospective short-term hiring employers:

• We do not control, employ, supervise, or vouch for the individual real-world behavior, driving patterns, background history, or character properties of any driver or employer matching on this application.
• The platform service is rendered on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" foundation without warranties of any variety. Drivasi is not liable for structural financial damage, lost vehicle contracts, physical accidents, or personal disputes arising out of interactions coordinated through platform indices.

7. Amendments to the Terms

Drivasi reserves the right to modify, adjust, or completely rewrite these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon updates to this page layout file. Your continued utilization of our dashboard environments after updates constitute your acceptance of the revised rules framework.
